Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Systems.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical power system engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of protection, stability, and control of power systems.
• Proficiency with power system analysis software such as ETAP, PSS/E or similar.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and specification of electrical power systems, including substations, switchgear, and distribution networks.
• Perform load flow studies, short circuit analysis, and protection coordination using specialized software.
• Ensure designs comply with national and international electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical power equipment, coordinating with site teams and contractors.
• Provide expert technical consultation and support to clients and internal teams, communicating effectively in a hybrid setting.
