Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all operational activities of the power plant, including generation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency, output, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
• Oversee plant personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
• Manage the plant budget, CAPEX planning, and resource allocation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the operations department.
