- 5+ years of experience in power plant operations or related field.
- Strong knowledge of power generation equipment and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control plant operations to ensure safety and production standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in power generation processes.
- Lead troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and operational anomalies with corrective actions.
- Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for plant operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance to schedule downtime for repairs and upgrades.
