The role requires 5-7 years in power generation or critical power, a trade qualification, and strong PLC knowledge; travel to sites will be needed in this senior leadership position.

Qualifications

• Senior service leadership in power generation or critical power systems.
• Experience with PLC faults, switchgear, and generator controls.
• Compliance with SANS 10142 and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service department workflow from maintenance to installations and retrofits.
• Create technical quotations for repairs, system upgrades, maintenance contracts, and new services.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting work and signing off on major jobs.
