Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years in electrical power distribution.
- Proficiency with ETAP and CYME for power system analysis.
- Strong knowledge of grid operations, protection schemes, and standards.
- Experience with project management and site supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical distribution systems, including substations, overhead lines, and underground cabling.
- Perform load forecasting, fault analysis, and protection system design for distribution networks.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for distribution network upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
