Ensure mandates are correctly implemented and maintained in line with statutory, regulatory, and internal governance standards. Liaise with internal and external auditors and coordinate responses to audit requests. Track, document, and report on audit findings and remediation actions relevant to portfolio implementation.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Co‑ordinate daily team tasks and workflow to ensure smooth, consistent delivery. Take a lead role in mentoring, coaching, and developing junior and mid‑level team members. Support knowledge sharing and skills transfer across the team. Act as a trusted deputy to the Head of Portfolio Implementation when required.

Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Produce and oversee quarterly KPI reporting for the Portfolio Implementation function. Analyse implementation metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Contribute to process enhancements, system improvements, and automation initiatives.
