Old Mutual Limited is seeking a Senior Portfolio Implementation Specialist in Cape Town. You will translate investment decisions into accurate portfolio actions, lead a skilled team, and oversee governance, audit engagements, and performance reporting.

You will mentor staff, coordinate daily tasks, and drive continuous improvements in processes and systems while maintaining strong collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Operations, and Risk.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investment strategies and portfolio management.
• Experience with multi-asset investing and trading.
• Solid analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily team tasks and workflow to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Produce quarterly KPI reporting for the Portfolio Implementation function.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Analyse large datasets and communicate insights on portfolio construction and indices.
