Apex Group in Cape Town seeks a Senior System Implementation Specialist to lead the Investor Portal implementations, provide ongoing support, and drive improvements. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and tech partners to ensure portals meet business needs.

You will oversee onboarding of new clients, manage vendors, mentor junior staff, and help optimize portal configurations while maintaining strong operational controls.

Qualifications

• B.Com or similar tertiary business study with Information Technology exposure.
• 3-7 years’ experience within the financial industry.
• Experience in accounting/ financial sector; an aptitude for working with systems.
• Interest in Technology; Project management.
• Excellent Communication Skills; Interest in team management.
• Strong team player; Solution orientated & strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and attention to detail; Initiative to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Investor Portal solutions.
• Oversee client onboarding and new systems implementation projects.
• Vendor management for development and enhancements.
• Provide business support for ongoing matters on portals.
• Mentor junior team members and manage Portal team.
• Incident resolution and system configuration optimization.
