BETSoftware is seeking an experienced PMO leader to develop and guide the Project Management Office, overseeing complex initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive governance and reporting across multiple programs.

The role requires a proven track record in project management within software/IT environments, with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP, Prince II, Scrum Master certifications or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Software Development/IT project management.
• 8+ years in project management with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning multiple lines of business.
• Oversee full project life cycle to align with strategic objectives.
• Lead feasibility studies, vendor selections, and stakeholder evaluations.
• Prepare progress reports, requirements docs, and presentations for audiences.
• Translate strategic plans into executable operational steps.
• Set success criteria and manage project and program risks and issues.
• Mentor, coach and supervise project teams to meet milestones.
