Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own positioning and messaging for its financial product verticals, including savings, lending and crypto. You will craft differentiated value propositions and one-liners, translating strategy into compelling narratives for multiple channels.

As a senior contributor, you will lead cross-functional GTM planning from brief to in-market execution, coordinate internal and external teams, and track performance to drive iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in marketing with at least 3 years in product marketing, proposition development, GTM planning or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building product positioning frameworks and executing multi-channel go-to-market plans from brief to in-market.
• Experience across multiple product categories or verticals; financial services experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for GoTyme Bank’s financial product verticals—savings, lending, crypto and more.
• Own the end-to-end GTM plan for product launches and significant feature releases—from brief to in-market execution.
• Brief and coordinate internal teams and external agencies on launch and campaign requirements with consistent execution across touchpoints.
• Track and report on product launch performance, using data and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
• Serve as the primary marketing interface for relevant product squads and proposition owners, ensuring marketing is embedded from the start.
