Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Master's degree or PMP/PR CPM certification is highly advantageous.
• 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in water and sanitation.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and budget.
• Experience with water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of water and sanitation projects from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Oversee engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication with clients and government agencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvement.
