SciTech Placements is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for a Durban (Pinetown) plastics manufacturing plant. This EE role reports directly to the General Manager and is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in manufacturing sales leadership.

You will lead the sales strategy, develop key customer relationships, and align sales with production capabilities to drive revenue growth. Travel locally and nationally as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Work closely with production and operational teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reporting to the General Manager.
