Qualifications

Matric plus a Management-related Degree or Diploma.
Valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a management position.
Strong financial, logistics, and production knowledge.
Working knowledge of EE, OSH, SHE, and BCE legislation.
Experience in recruitment and handling IR matters.
Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant operations including production planning and logistics coordination.
Ensure legal compliance with relevant legislation.
Lead recruitment processes and manage employee relations.
Direct and support operational teams across shifts.
Monitor stock levels and plant upkeep.
Drive continuous improvement in production quality and safety.
