Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations management in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Experience in injection moulding would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with safety, health and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency and profitability.
• Manage and optimise plant resources, including materials and equipment.
• Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure production targets.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, including capital expenditures.
