The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration and at least 5 years of hands-on management experience in plant operations. Key responsibilities include optimizing plant resources, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Competitive salary of R1.3 Mil to R1.6 Mil per year negotiable, along with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations management in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including injection moulding, blow moulding, and extrusion.
