You will own technical direction, champion modern architectures like microservices, and collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, QA, and business analysts to ship reliable, scalable software.

Qualifications

• Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Team Lead experience.
• Solid expertise in PHP, Symfony, and modern software architecture.
• Experience with microservices, domain‑driven design, and scalable systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Own the delivery of key products and features, ensuring quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Guide the team in building robust, modern systems using microservices architecture and best engineering practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining development processes and introducing efficiencies.
