Qualifications

• Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Team Lead with hands‑on experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
• Deep expertise in .NET Core and microservices.
• Experience with DDD and hexagonal architecture.
• Strong MySQL design, optimisation and management.
• Experience building secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid Agile/Scrum background and team leadership.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 2‑5 software engineers.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring quality and performance.
• Set engineering best practices and technical direction.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes, tooling, and delivery.
• Balance hands‑on coding with leadership responsibilities.
