Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing engineering with emphasis on process optimization and scale-up.
• Experience with sterile manufacturing and solid dose production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes focusing on efficiency, yield and quality.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions for production challenges via remote monitoring and data analysis.
• Lead process validation and qualification activities ensuring GMP compliance.
