Job summary

Aspen Pharma Group is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to maintain and improve pharmaceutical packing equipment in a compliant, GMP-driven environment. You will troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and execute preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure reliable production.

The role involves repairs, component replacements, testing and validation, as well as supporting changeovers, calibration and equipment installations.

Qualifications

• Matric and solid engineering basics are required.
• 4 years post-apprenticeship experience as a trade-tested artisan.
• Trade-tested资格 in Fitter/Electrical/Millwright preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and improve packing equipment for reliability.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packing lines.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
• Repair, replace, test and validate equipment components.
• Support production during setup, changeovers and calibration.
• Document maintenance using job cards and requisitions.
• Ensure GMP, SHE, SOPs and engineering standards are met.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and validation activities.
