Placements24 is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst for a fully remote role within the elite sports program. You will leverage advanced analytics, model performance data, and deliver insights to coaches and management to drive athlete development and tactical decisions.

You will develop dashboards, interpret metrics, and mentor junior analysts while contributing to a data-driven culture across the organization. This role supports remote collaboration with staff and athletes globally.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field related to sports performance
• At least 6 years’ experience in professional sports performance analysis
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (R, Python) and SQL for data management
• Expertise in statistical modeling, data visualization, and interpretation of performance metrics
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment
