Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification.
• 5+ years payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of SA payroll legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Support month-end and year-end statutory reporting.
• Analyse payroll data and generate management reports.
• Assist with remuneration and reward cycle activities.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Improve payroll processes through automation and data integrity monitoring.
