Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in pastry and baking, with 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Expert in baking techniques: bread, patisserie, and cake decorating.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory, costing, and suppliers.
• Culinary qualification in Pastry Arts is desirable.

Responsabilidades
