Job summary

CSI3 seeks a Principal Technical Consultant to lead and design technology solutions for clients in OT/IT landscapes. Responsibilities span pre-sales support, proposal design, solution architecture, and pricing, with end-to-end implementation across discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and handover.

The role requires strong leadership, deep OT/IT standards knowledge (ITIL, ISA-95, IEC62443, ISO27001, ISO20000), and experience guiding teams through complex projects and client

Qualifications

• Matric qualification is required.
• B.Sc. or BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering is preferred.
• Registered with ECSA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with scope, reliability, quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop technical proposals, designs, and pricing for technical solutions.
• Coordinate with OT/IT teams, OEMs, and customers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Train and supervise engineering personnel on tools and PLC/SCADA systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and industry standards.
