Job summary

ATS Client seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee Infrastructure & Application Architecture, MOF/ITIL aligned, and drive strategic IT initiatives in line with government legislation and company objectives.

The role entails guiding design and analysis of software projects, directing creation of new applications or enhancement of existing ones, running software tests, and producing technical documents and manuals for development teams, with a focus on governance and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or BTech in Information Technology or related field.
MOF certified.
ITIL certified.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in the ICT environment.
At least 5 years' experience in a Senior IT Management or leadership role.
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in analysing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Direction and Alignment: Develop IT functional strategy and objectives aligned with the Strategy. Create IT and Infrastructure strategies.
Operational Leadership and Process Management: Lead ICT operations and project management; monitor strategy and framework.
Guidance and Advice: Advise Management on trends, policies, legislation; promote plans and risk management.
Application Services: Develop Application Services capability; oversee design for software; address disaster recovery and data security.
Infrastructure and Operations Services: Oversee monitoring and support of infrastructure; manage service quality and relationships.
Governance and Reporting: Monitor governance; ensure compliance; manage stakeholder relationships.
