Job summary

CSI3 is seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for OT infrastructure, including hardware, servers, virtualization, OS, backup, and security.

The role ensures high system availability and security by delivering incident and request management, proactive monitoring, and adherence to SLAs. The position reports to the Technical Support/Operations Manager and requires ITIL awareness and 5 years of OT experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in an OT environment
• ITIL certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests within SLA timelines
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior teams as needed
• Monitor system performance, identify risks, and take proactive action to prevent disruptions
• Maintain accurate incident, problem, and change records in the service management system
