Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Experience with purification techniques and characterization of complex organic molecules.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-step synthetic pathways for novel organic molecules.
• Optimize reaction conditions to improve yield, purity, and efficiency.
• Characterize synthesized compounds using advanced spectroscopic and analytical techniques (NMR, MS, HPLC).
• Troubleshoot synthetic challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Collaborate with other scientists to advance projects from discovery through to development.
