Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions that support Momentum Investments’ business objectives. You will ensure data integrity, security, and high performance while collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.

The role requires 7+ years in Oracle development, 2+ years with Oracle Apex, and strong SQL/PL SQL capabilities. You will lead projects, optimize queries, and contribute to system architecture enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree or certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle database solutions including schemas, tables, indexes, and procedures.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL, and database functions to meet performance standards.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including indexing and resource management.
• Provide maintenance, backups, restores, and upgrades for databases.
• Lead and mentor junior developers and collaborate with project teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on database systems.
