Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse, logistics and inventory activities in Bloemfontein. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving and a focus on efficiency to keep the distribution hub running smoothly.

• Minimum 4 years in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehousing practices.
• Proven leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Bloemfontein and coordinate with internal/external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage logistics and transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Supervise and provide direction to warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
