You will analyze operational performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in operations support or a similar role, with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
