Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, Head of Operations).


• Proven experience in successfully managing and scaling operations in a remote-first or distributed global environment.


• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex operational initiatives.


• Expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and performance analytics.


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at managing virtual teams.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
