Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant with an Operations focus to join a remote team serving clients from Bloemfontein. You will optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost reductions across varied sectors by analyzing current operations and implementing lean and Six Sigma practices.

You’ll lead data-driven assessments, support change management, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting to deliver tangible improvements for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations, or related quantitative field.
• Five or more years of experience in operations management or operational consulting.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Excellent remote teamwork and communication.
