Job summary

Energy Drive is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the workshop and field teams in constructing the eHouse product line. You will manage frame assembly, panel wiring, and site handovers, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering and project managers, optimize resources, and supervise subcontractors to meet budget and schedule targets across workshop and field operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Post-graduate qualification or certification in Business Administration, Leadership, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Direct workshop manufacturing operations and project management for eHouse products.
• Oversee field integration, scheduling, and site handovers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage BOM preparation and procurement coordination with Supply Chain.
