Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Operations/Engineering/Business).
• Minimum 7 years in FMCG operations management.
• Experience leading large operational teams.
• Strong production planning, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations including planning, scheduling and execution.
• Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and GMP protocols.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and logistics for seamless operations.
• Champion a culture of safety and operational excellence.
