Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale operational improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints.

• Develop and deploy best practices in areas such as workflow optimization, supply chain management, and asset utilization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical/business field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations improvement, industrial engineering, or management consulting within industrial sectors.
• Expertise in multiple continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt, TOC).
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.
