Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer for a fully remote role supporting operations across multiple locations, including Centurion. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable network infrastructures, mentor engineers, and contribute to strategic planning.

Responsibilities include designing LAN/WAN and cloud connectivity, performing architecture reviews, and ensuring high availability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and design in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desirable.
