Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), switching, and network security (VPNs, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware and IOS/NX-OS.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field; CCNA/CCNP/CCIE desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-level network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize throughput and latency.
• Manage and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access and threats.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in enterprise network management.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security (e.g., VPNs, firewalls, ACLs).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware and IOS/NX-OS.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (e.g., AWS VPC, Azure VNet) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
