Entelect is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will develop world-class web and mobile applications for leading organisations in South Africa, while driving quality through containerisation and CI/CD and participating in all SDLC stages.

You will mentor colleagues, champion collaboration, and contribute to a culture of continual improvement. The role supports a hybrid work model with regular leadership interactions and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals and commitment to clean code and best practices.
• Mastery of various technologies with the agility to adapt to new frameworks.
• Ability to architect and structure small projects within an enterprise environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
• Hybrid working model—office 2–3 days per week.
• Customer-facing ability and flexibility to work across different environments and tooling.
