Entelect is seeking a Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic, cross-functional teams in South Africa. You will develop world-class web and mobile applications for leading organisations, drive quality through containerisation and CI/CD, and participate in all SDLC stages from design to estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and clean code practices.
• Mastery of multiple technologies with ability to adapt to new frameworks.
• Ability to architect and structure small projects within an enterprise environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
• Hybrid working model with office presence 2–3 times per week.
• Strong customer-facing abilities and flexibility to work across environments and tooling.
