Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field and 6+ years R&D in nanotechnology.
• Proven nanofabrication and characterization expertise.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics or surface science.
• Experience leading complex R&D projects and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, development, and implementation of novel nanotechnology-based products and processes.
• Design and fabricate nanoscale materials and devices using lithography, self-assembly, and chemical synthesis.
• Perform characterization of nanomaterials and devices using AFM, SEM, and TEM.
• Develop and optimize processes for deposition and manipulation of nanomaterials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate nanotechnology solutions into larger systems.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and document findings in technical reports.
• Contribute to IP development through patent applications.
• Stay current with literature and industry trends in nanotechnology.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
