Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of verifiable nanny/educator experience with formal educational planning.
• Formal qualification in Early Childhood Education, pedagogy, or closely related field.
• Proven curriculum development experience for preschool-aged children.
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in childcare.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a play-based curriculum tailored to each child.
• Provide daily care including hygiene, nutrition and safety.
• Create a stimulating learning environment indoors and outdoors.
• Plan age-appropriate activities, games, arts, music and outings.
• Support social-emotional development through positive guidance.
