• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant animation software.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience working in an agency environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
