Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an experienced MuleSoft/Integration Developer to join our team in South Africa. You will design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust integrations.

The role emphasizes API development, security, and performance optimization, with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience as Software/Integration Engineer or API Developer.
Experience with enterprise integration and API design.
Hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and architects to gather requirements.
Troubleshoot complex integrations and optimize performance.
Develop and maintain APIs following REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and gRPC guidelines.
Implement and manage API lifecycle including design, build, deployment, security and monitoring.
Apply integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, batch, pub/sub).
Ensure security of integrations with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS.
Write clean Java code for MuleSoft development as needed.
Integrate solutions with AWS and Azure.
Contribute to and leverage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
