You will conceptualize and execute dynamic motion graphics for broadcast, online content, advertising, and film, turning static designs into engaging animations that elevate storytelling and brand communication.

You should have a strong artistic sensibility, mastery of industry-standard software (After Effects, Cinema 4D/Blender, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), and solid animation principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of motion graphics experience.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for various media platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling motion graphics.
• Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphics sequences.
• Animate 2D and 3D elements, applying principles of timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
• Operate and utilize advanced features of animation and compositing software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D).
• Ensure motion graphics integrate seamlessly with live-action footage and other video elements.
• Optimize motion graphics for different platforms and delivery requirements.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and animation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation and design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Strong working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and animation principles.
• Experience with visual effects (VFX) and compositing.
• Strong ability to storyboard and conceptualize creative ideas.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
