Qualifications

• NQF 7 in Engineering as the minimum educational requirement.
• Mine Managers certificate of competence or Government certificate of competence.
• At least 10 years in a related role, with 3 years at a management level or in a senior specialist/functional area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technical Training Management and teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Assess business needs and determine Technical Training requirements and program design.
• Develop policies, procedures and QA systems for Training in line with QMS.
