You will collaborate with site management and geotechnical engineers, lead production planning, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, with the flexibility to work partly from home or a satellite office to balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in mine operations with progressive responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of mining methods (conventional, cut-and-fill, block caving, open pit).
• Proficiency in mine planning software (Deswik, Surpac, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and operational costs.

Responsibilities
