Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years in operations management within mineral processing; at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Master's degree is advantageous; strong knowledge of mineral processing technologies and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day mineral processing plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximise mineral recovery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
