Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in mineral processing operations; 4+ years in supervision/management.
• Experience with flotation, leaching, gravity separation and other processing techniques.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the mineral processing plant, ensuring safe and efficient production.
• Develop and implement operational plans; set targets for production, recovery and cost control.
• Manage and mentor a team of metallurgists, operators and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Monitor plant performance; identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Manage plant budget including operating expenses and CAPEX.
• Oversee maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, geology and quality control departments.

• Report performance, challenges and achievements to senior management.
