BSZAM - BRITS requires a qualified Millwright to manage and provide technical support for the mechanical and electrical equipment necessary to meet production goals at Brits, North West.

Role focuses on reducing downtime, repairing breakdowns, daily inspections, and running adjustments, while implementing continuous improvements and adhering to SOPs and 3S principles. Tyre manufacturing or automotive sector experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Millwright with a recognized trade test.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the mechanical field on rotation machinery, hydraulics and pneumatics in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the tyre manufacturing and automotive industry will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Reduce machine downtime.
