Job summary

ARVO seeks a Media Buyer & Performance Analyst to own Meta advertising for its premium outdoor lighting brand. You will manage significant spend across SA and global markets, explain growth drivers, and partner with senior marketing leaders, Creative Strategists, and a data partner.

You will monitor performance, diagnose issues across media, creative, and landing pages, and build automated insights. A strong analytical mindset and AI fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience in DTC e-commerce.
• Experience managing meaningful paid-media budgets and making independent scaling decisions.
• Strong understanding of Meta campaign structures, ad funnels and creative testing.
• Commercial instinct: you understand how media spend, CPA, MER, conversion rate, AOV, contribution and profitability connect.
• Strong analytical ability and curiosity about performance changes.
• Confidence across Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, analytics platforms and reporting dashboards.
• A solid grasp of attribution and tracking fundamentals.
• AI fluency: you already use AI tools, automation or agents in your workflow.
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Clear communication with both creative and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Meta performance across SA and global accounts.
• Decide when to scale, hold, reduce or restructure spend within CPA, NCPA, MER targets.
• Manage spend across multiple product CBOs and markets.
• Understand each ad's role within the customer journey beyond ad-level metrics.
• Cut underperforming ads and scale winners.
• Improve account structure, efficiency and scaling strategy.
