Summit Tech in South Africa seeks a Senior Meta Ads & Client Success Manager to lead Meta campaigns and manage client relationships for Australian lead gen accounts. This fully remote role requires aligning with our Sydney team and clients across overlapping hours.

You will drive campaign performance, manage onboarding and monthly reporting, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating with the wider team on landing pages and site updates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Meta ads experience with lead gen focus.
• 2+ years in a client-facing account management role (agency preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable video calls with business owners.
• Strong grasp of offers, copywriting, and creative strategy beyond media buying.
• Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel or HubSpot) and lead‑follow‑up workflows.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and AI design tools.
• Organised and able to manage several accounts without being chased.

Responsibilities

• Meta ads responsibility (about 60%): plan, launch and scale lead gen campaigns for Australian service businesses.
• Own the full funnel: offers, creative angles, audiences, landing pages, lead forms and CRM follow‑up.
• Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, Conversions API and lead tracking.
• Brief and produce ad creative including statics, UGC-style video and AI assets.
• Optimize for lead quality and cost per booked appointment, not just cost per lead.
• Test and report clearly on what works and why.
• Client success responsibility (about 40%): be the main point of contact for onboarding, strategy calls and monthly reporting.
• Explain results confidently in plain English; highlight good and bad months.
• Spot upsell opportunities (websites, SEO, Google Ads, CRM) and flag to the team.
• Keep clients informed through Loom updates, written reports, and calls.
• Collaborate with Sydney team and developers on landing pages and site updates.

About us

Summit Tech is a Sydney web design and digital marketing agency based in Barangaroo. We build custom websites and run paid and organic marketing for Australian service businesses: law firms, trades, health and professional services. We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re Pipedrive and TikTok partners.

We’re looking for a senior Meta ads specialist who’s just as good with clients as they are in Ads Manager. You’ll own campaign performance and client relationships across a portfolio of Australian lead gen accounts.

What you’ll do

Meta ads (about 60%)

• Plan, launch and scale Meta lead gen campaigns for Australian service businesses
• Own the full funnel: offer, creative angles, audiences, landing pages, lead forms and CRM follow-up
• Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, Conversions API and lead tracking
• Brief and produce ad creative, including statics, UGC-style video and AI-assisted assets
• Optimise for lead quality and cost per booked appointment, not just cost per lead
• Test constantly and report clearly on what’s working and why

Client success (about 40%)

• Be the main point of contact for your clients: onboarding, strategy calls and monthly reporting
• Explain results confidently and in plain English, good months and bad
• Spot upsell opportunities (websites, SEO, Google Ads, CRM) and flag them to the team
• Keep clients informed through Loom updates, written reports and scheduled calls
• Work closely with our Sydney team and developers on landing pages and site updates

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years hands‑on Meta ads experience, with a strong focus on lead generation
• Proven results with Australian, UK or US clients; Australian market experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years in a client‑facing account management role, ideally at an agency
• Excellent spoken and written English, and confident running video calls with business owners
• Strong grasp of offers, copywriting and creative strategy, not just media buying
• Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel or HubSpot) and lead follow‑up workflows
• Comfortable with Canva, CapCut and AI design tools
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several accounts without being chased

Nice to have

• Landing page building (Webflow, Framer or GHL)
• Experience in legal, health, trades or professional services

Hours and setup

• Full‑time, fully remote
• Required working hours: 3:30am–12:00pm SAST (12:30pm–9:00pm Sydney time during daylight saving)
• This early start is non‑negotiable. It gives you live overlap with our Sydney team and clients every afternoon.
• Finish by midday, and the rest of your day is yours
• Reliable internet and backup power are essential, especially for early mornings
